TruWatch (“TruWatch,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides fire-safety and life-safety products and services, including smoke alarms, heat detectors, carbon monoxide (CO) detectors, fire extinguishers, monitored fire and safety systems, and medical alert products, along with installation, inspection, and monitoring services. If you opt in to receive text messages from TruWatch, we use your mobile number solely to send the messages described in our SMS / Text Messaging Terms — appointment, inspection, and service-visit reminders and confirmations; account, order, and service notifications; and customer-care replies to your inquiries. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties.

We never sell, rent, or share your mobile phone number or SMS opt-in information for any other party’s marketing purposes. The only parties that handle your mobile information are the service providers who deliver the messages on our behalf — our messaging platform and telecommunications carriers — and they handle it solely to deliver the text messages you have requested.

How We Share Information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only in the following limited circumstances:

As stated above, mobile phone numbers and text-messaging opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
